Vice Golf is the digital brand for premium golf balls and accessories. With our high quality products and unique style we shake up the good old golf market. With over 150k Instagram followers and a significant performance marketing budget, our leading position in the US market gives us access to advertising options that are not available to most German companies.

Due to our rapid international growth, we are searching for a JuniorCRM Manager (m/f/x) to support our international Marketing Team, based in Munich. You will analyze and understand our customer journey to create appealing and personalized communications across email and other developing channels. Ready to embrace your Vice?

Dein Fairway

Set up and manage email campaigns in all our international markets
Support the creation of automated campaigns based on behavioral triggers
Set up regular A/B tests for emails and landing pages
Help to implement a higher level of personalization in our communications
Research best practices in SMS marketing and conversational commerce
Reduce the time to repurchase with product-specific email journeys
Liaise with the Design Team to create stunning assets, with the IT Team to implement campaigns and conversion levers, and with the Performance Marketing Team to create synergies between all channels

Deine Scorecard

Minimum one year of CRM experience in B2C e-commerce
Knowledge of Emarsys preferred - Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc. also acceptable
Experience in marketing to a US audience preferred
High level of data literacy
Excellent communication skills in English
Located in Munich, Germany (or willing to move)
