Manage project resources, including the design team and external contractors, as needed.

Ensure that design projects meet the company's quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Oversee the review and approval process for design work, working with the design team and clients to ensure that designs meet project requirements and objectives.

Provide leadership and mentorship to the design team to foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.

3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a design-related field.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate project progress, risks, and status updates to stakeholders and team members.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A deep understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.

Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or JIRA.

Experience managing teams, including designers and external contractors.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in project management, design, or a related field.
