Our Vice Logo T-Shirt is a special combination of different materials and moisture-wicking technologies. The COOLMAX® CORE moisture-wicking technology transports moisture away from the body to the fabric’s outer surface, drying rapidly to keep the wearer cool and dry, helping to optimize performance. The process of wicking moisture to the outside of the fabric is achieved through an ideal composition of hydrophobic (“Water-repellent”) and hydrophilic material (“Water-loving”). While the one material attracts water and pulls it away from the skin, the other keeps it on the surface to evaporate. A special yarn shape increases the moisture’s surface to speed up the drying process. This process is called horizontal transfer.
The entire surface material has received a peaching finishing to provide the wearer with a soft feel that makes the T-Shirt more comfortable to wear. Peaching includes an abrasion process that is done through sanding the textiles or by subjecting them to emery wheels. The goal is to split and comb-out the fibers on the surface to create a velvet-like look and feel. The name of the process is derived from the peel of a peach, which has a fuzzy, soft surface, just like the textiles after treatment.
The Vice Logo T-Shirt comes with several design features such as the iconic Vice Golf verve on the chest, a small, rubberized VICE GOLF patch underneath the back collar, as well as another logo print over the side seam. With the designs of all garments in mind, we want to convey our love of detail. It should be constantly perceived and rediscovered by the wearer.
