What materials do you use in your apparel?
A specific section on each product page indicates what material compositions we have chosen for our clothing. Additionally, you can find information on the hangtag of each product.
How can I track my order / where is my order?
You will receive an automated email from us as soon as your package ships out from our warehouse. This email also includes a tracking link for your order. Please note that it may take some time until the tracking information is visible on the page.
What is your return policy? (Policy, Cost of return, options, labels, etc)
Within 30 days you can return ordered goods to us free of charge. Please note that worn clothing and clothing that no longer has hangtags cannot be returned. Please try to return the clothing in its original packaging within the return period. Refunds must be requested in the same country as the original purchase.
How do I return damaged products?
We stand behind all of our products. If your product may be damaged or defective and it has been less than 30 days since your purchase, simply select one of the return options. Contact us about returning your product if it has been more than 30 days since you purchased it. Defective or faulty products can be returned with valid proof of purchase within 2 years of receipt of order or date of purchase.
What is your exchange policy?
You can request an exchange of goods within 30 days. To do so, use the
Vice Golf return tool or contact
support@vicegolf.com to enable a free exchange. Please specify in the email which items you would like to return and which items you would like to exchange them for. An exchange is only possible if your desired item is still in stock.
When can I expect my refund?
We will refund your return within 21 days of receiving it. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to purchase from us. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will be credited to the payment method you used to make the purchase. If your return has not been processed after 21 days, please contact us.
