Create and oversee design projects, including but not limited to, branding, marketing collateral, user interface, and experience design.

Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all projects.

Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company's design remains fresh and innovative.

Manage the design team's workflow, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Manage relationships with external design agencies or contractors, as needed.

Champion a design-driven culture within the company and communicate the value of design across all departments.

Proven experience as a Head of Design or a similar leadership role.

A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and the ability to lead a team to produce high-quality designs.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A deep understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.

Proficiency in design software.

Experience managing and mentoring a team of designers/creatives.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, communication design, or a related field.
