- Manage day to day operations of paid social campaigns: Design, analyse and optimise them to achieve specific goals across paid media channels. (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns based on a data-driven approach and A/B test results
- Deploy test campaigns, gather data, and optimise until each test is definitively proven as a winner or a loser
- Ensure proper tracking, analysis, and reporting with the help of various dashboards.
- Contribute to an automation of campaign management
- Work closely with platform reps, agency partners, organic social and influencer marketing to ensure a fully rounded marketing strategy
- Be on top of performance marketing trends and industry insights

- Proven professional experience in paid digital marketing
- In-depth knowledge of key performance marketing tools including Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
- Minimum one year hands-on experience managing full funnel customer acquisition campaigns on a major platform such as Google or Facebook
- Additional experience managing campaigns on other platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, etc. preferred
- Experience within e-commerce companies and/or within the sports industry is a plus
- Curiosity and willingness to try new things and never settle for the status quo
- Expert in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of relevant performance marketing tools
- An analytical mindset – you understand that testing every assumption is vital to success but measuring correctly and interpreting the results is just as important
- Excellent communication skills in English
