The current delivery time for personalized balls is approximately 14-21 working days.
We currently support .JPG and .jpeg image files.
Your image should have a resolution of at least 600 by 600 pixels.
The file must not exceed 6MB in file size.
Unfortunately we don't offer custom ball numbers. All our regular ball editions are generally numbered 1-4.
White colored image areas are not visible on a white ball and are therefore automatically detected by our system as transparency.
The color fastness of the logo/photo cannot be guaranteed on the colored balls. Correct color coverage can only be guaranteed on our white ball models.
The logo is created in CMYK colors and is converted to RGB during the upload, so some colors may be displayed differently. Please ensure in advance that your logo has been created or exported in the RGB color scheme.
